Before placing your commission, please read the Rules section carefully.
All listed prices are for one character.
Adding an extra character will cost +50% of the base price.

Price List
💡 Base Price (per character):
- Bust-up: $20(3,000 JPY)
- Half-body: $30(4,500 JPY)
- Full-body: $47(7,000 JPY)
-Extras:
+ Background: 1,500–3,000 JPY
+ Additional Character: +80% depending on detail※ Prices may vary depending on details.
※ Indonesian prices are set separately from international ones.
Rules
✔️ I can drawAnime, Game, Vtuber, Expression Sticker, and Original Characters❌ I don’t drawGore, Major NSFW, Mecha, or Realism
🖌️ Revisions- Includes 2 free minor revisions (during sketch & coloring phase).
- Additional revisions will require a small extra fee.⏳ Deadline- Usually completed within 1–2 weeks, depending on project complexity.
- Deadlines can be discussed if you have specific needs.
🚫 Refund Policy- No refunds once the sketch is approved.
- If I’m unable to complete your commission, a full refund will be issued.
📜 Usage- For personal use only (no commercial use unless agreed beforehand).

Term of Service
General
- I retain full copyright of all artworks unless otherwise agreed.- Commissions are for personal use only, unless commercial rights are purchased.- Please credit me ("Art by vaeyhgn") when posting or sharing the artwork.- Do not claim, edit, or resell the artwork without permission.
Payment
- International: PayPal / Pixiv Request (JPY or USD).- Indonesia: Bank Transfer / E-Wallet (Dana, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay).- Full payment upfront, or 50% down payment after sketch approval+ remaining 50% after lineart done or rendering done.- No refunds once work has started, unless the project is cancelled by me.
Process
- Submit your request via Google Form, DM, or Email.- I will review your request and send a confirmation with the final quote.- I will put watermark on the rough sketch for approval, upfront payment accepted only after sketch approved- You may request up to 2 free minor revisions during sketch or color phase.- Additional revisions will incur an extra fee.Average delivery time:- Illustration: 1–2 weeks- Manga / Comic: 2–4 weeks (depending on page count)

❌ Explicit NSFW, Gore, Mecha, Furry, or Realistic Style
Usage Rights
- For personal use only (icon, banner, wallpaper, profile, etc).- Commercial use (merchandise, streaming assets, promotional material) requires an additional +100% of the base price.- I may post the completed artwork on my portfolio or social media unless otherwise requested.- If you wish to keep your commission private, please mention it beforehand (additional fee may apply).
Important Notes
- Please provide clear references (images, character sheets, or detailed descriptions).- I do not accept rush deadlines under 3 days.- I reserve the right to decline any commission request that I’m uncomfortable with.- By commissioning me, you agree to all terms stated above.
